Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Genvoris platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including developers integrating our widget and end-merchants using the dashboard.

Genvoris provides an AI-powered virtual try-on API and dashboard. Features include: a JavaScript widget, REST API, credit-based billing, webhook notifications, and usage analytics. The service is provided "as-is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree NOT to use Genvoris to:

• Process images of minors without verifiable parental consent.
• Generate, distribute, or store non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the API, or attempt to access systems beyond your authorization.
• Resell or sublicense API access without prior written permission.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The service operates on a credit-pack model. Each credit entitles you to one virtual try-on generation. Credits expire 1 year from purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Each merchant account is issued one or more API keys. API keys must only be used on domains that have been verified and whitelisted in your dashboard. Sharing API keys publicly is prohibited. Genvoris reserves the right to revoke keys that are misused.

All Genvoris software, trademarks, and content are the property of Genvoris and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content you grant Genvoris a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it solely to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genvoris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (cloud, CDN, AI model APIs).

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, except where legal obligations require longer retention.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Genvoris is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
